IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE: due to COVID-19, Australia Post has advised there are significant freight and postage delays, we recommend upgrading your parcel to Express Post. Next-Day-Guarantee has been suspended by Australia Post until flights and restrictions return to normal, but this is still your best option for a faster delivery.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process and package your order (business days do not include weekends or local public holidays); this estimate is updated periodically so please be aware, however it is usually an overestimation to give me a safety buffer!
Please also note that processing time does not include delivery times; this is on top of my estimation and is beyond my control.
Australian orders are sent by Australia Post for a flat fee of $10 regular tracked and $13 for express. Both of these options include up to $100 of insurance, if you’d like additional insurance, the rate is an additional $2.50 for every $100 (over the initial $100) - please let me know and I can send you a revised invoice for further payment.
International orders are sent standard tracked or express and the cost is calculated at checkout.
I currently ship to the following international destinations (although please email me if you aren't on this list and I'll see what I can do):
- European Union - see note
- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- South Korea
Reminder that selecting Express is a delivery upgrade only; it is not a rush order fee. If your package is urgent, please shoot me an email and I will do my best to accommodate; though this cannot be guaranteed.
Release day can be chaos.
Unfortunately, an item is not yours until you have paid for it, so even if something is in your cart, someone can check out before you.
There is the very real possibility of oversells if two people check out at the exact same time. Due to the very nature of handmade, there isn't more than one to sell so unfortunately the person that is allocated the "second" order will be refunded; I will contact you prior to let you know.
If there is something you really want, you can go through and check out as fast as your ninja fingers (and Australian internet) will allow you. Then you can go back as many times as you like placing orders and just use the voucher COMBINE at checkout to waive the subsequent delivery fees and then send me an email as soon as you're finished ordering with your order numbers so I can make sure it is all posted together.
Please make sure to pay for shipping on at least one of your orders that are to be sent together; if no shipping is paid for any of your orders, they will all be cancelled and refunded without notice.
If you do place multiple orders and do not use the COMBINE delivery fee waiver, please make sure to email me your order numbers and I will refund you the overage.
While I accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit, I will however assist with any claims made to Australia Post if the worst is to occur. Please submit a case with Australia Post and keep me in the loop, and I will do my very best to help.
Please note that I believe wholeheartedly in pricing my work exactly as it is worth and therefore I do not work the cost of shipping into my product costs; this way you know exactly the value of your Moody's. This does mean of course that postage costs are extra; but please remember that someone has to pay the shipping, and as a small business, it is just not something that I can realistically absorb.
